A live, hands-on training program that teaches you exactly what DBAs do on the job — not just theory — so you can step into a role and perform from day one.
"When I started my DBA career, I had no roadmap. I felt lost, scared on the job, and had to figure things out alone — making mistakes no one warned me about."
The problem is not your intelligence or your work ethic. The problem is that no one has given you a structured, hands-on path that teaches you what you will actually face on the job — and builds the confidence to handle it. That is exactly what Kudrant Lab was built to fix.
Most programs give you content. We give you experience. Here is what separates Kudrant Lab from every other program at this price point.
Not pre-recorded videos. Not a curriculum designer. You learn directly from a professional who has done this work in real production environments and knows what companies actually expect.
User locked out. Tablespace full. Database down. Backup failed. You handle it, document it, and build confidence through real repetition — not made-up exercises.
Every task you complete is documented. You graduate with 30 DBA job request write-ups signed off by your instructor — real, verifiable proof of work.
We start from zero. No IT degree, no prior database experience required. We build you up week by week with no jargon, no skipped steps, no leaving you behind.
In Week 20 you face a live production scenario — database issues, user problems, backup failures — all handled start to finish without assistance. You graduate knowing you can handle real pressure, not hoping you can.
Built around what you will actually do in your first year on the job — not everything Oracle has ever made.
Most programs give you a certificate. We give you everything you need to actually get hired.
Every job request documented and signed off by your instructor. This is your proof of work — bring it to every interview.
A verifiable certificate from a real, structured program. Employers can confirm it. You earned it.
Your DBA experience framed correctly with the keywords that get past ATS systems and attract recruiters.
You've done a mock interview, answered real technical questions, and practiced your STAR stories. You know what to expect.
You won't panic when something breaks. You know how to read an alert log, diagnose an ORA error, and fix it.
You can speak intelligently about Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and how your on-premises skills transfer to cloud environments.
No IT degree required. No prior database experience required.
What is required is commitment, consistency, and showing up every single week.
"I always thought I needed another certification to move up. Kudrant Lab showed me what I really needed — hands-on practice and a support system."— Kudrant DBA Job Accelerator Student, Oracle Track
The Kudrant DBA Job Accelerator is a serious program for serious career changers. The investment reflects 20 weeks of live instruction, hands-on labs, and personal support from a working Oracle DBA professional.

Yes — and this program was specifically built for you. We start from the very beginning. No degree, no certification, no prior database experience required. What you need is commitment and the willingness to show up every week and do the work.
By the time you graduate, you will have completed 30 real production-style DBA job requests and documented every one of them. That portfolio is your experience. You are not claiming to have worked somewhere you haven't. You are showing real, verifiable work you performed in a real Oracle database environment — and we prepare you to frame it correctly on your resume and in every interview.
One 4-hour live session per week plus homework assignments completed between sessions. Homework typically takes 1–2 hours. Plan for approximately 6 hours per week total. Sessions are held on a consistent day each week — confirmed before the session begins.
If you know you will miss a session, communicate with your instructor in advance. You are expected to complete the lab assignment independently. Consistent attendance is required to stay in good standing — this is a live program and attendance directly affects your learning and your cohort.
We offer a full refund minus the $500 enrollment deposit within 14 days of enrollment and before the second live session. After that point no refunds are issued. If you experience a documented personal hardship, you may request a one-time program pause and resume in the next available session at no additional cost.
You need a computer that can run a virtual machine — most modern laptops built in the last 5 years can handle this. Minimum 8GB RAM recommended, 16GB preferred. Detailed setup instructions are provided during pre-program onboarding.
We prepare you thoroughly — resume, LinkedIn, interview prep, and a verified portfolio. We are actively building relationships with technical recruiters and staffing agencies to connect qualified graduates with opportunities. We cannot guarantee placement, but we give you every tool to compete confidently and stand out from self-taught candidates. Have questions? Email us at [email protected]
When I started my DBA career, I had no roadmap. I spent months second-guessing myself, piecing tutorials together, and feeling lost and scared on the job. I made mistakes. I had no one to guide me through the real stuff — the production issues, the pressure, the moments where you have to figure it out fast.
I built Kudrant Lab because I did not want the next generation of DBAs to go through what I went through.
This program is built on everything I wish I had when I was starting out — structured guidance, real hands-on practice, and someone in your corner who has actually done this work and can tell you what matters and what doesn't.
You are not just getting a curriculum. You are getting access to someone who has lived this career and wants to help you step into it with confidence.
In 20 weeks you will go from wherever you are right now to a trained, confident, job-ready Oracle DBA — with real experience, a real portfolio, and the ability to walk into any interview and show exactly what you can do.
